Initiate system change requests affecting the automated operational and financial system initiatives. Analyze policies that impact financial management and system processes to higher-level directives within organization. Assesses data requirements for the enhancement of automated financial management systems and to identify system problems. Additional information about transcripts is in this document. Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes: 1). Analyzing financial systems to determine the impact on business processes and operations, 2). Assist in the the designing, developing, and maintaining of financial systems, and 3). Compiling financial data related to budgeting, reporting, financial management, auditing, or accounting. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-11). You will be evaluated on the basis of your level of competency in the following areas: Accountability Arithmetic/Mathematical Reasoning Attention to Detail Customer Service Decision Making Flexibility Integrity/Honesty Interpersonal Skills Learning Reasoning Self-Management Stress Tolerance Teamwork Time in Grade Requirement: Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent (GS-11). For this job, you must meet the qualification requirement using experience alone--no substitution of education for experience is permitted.
