Our client, a leading organization in supply chain and procurement, is seeking a Sr. Strategic Sourcing Specialist to join their team. As a Sr. Strategic Sourcing Specialist, you will be part of the Procurement Department supporting cross-functional teams including Engineering, Operations, and Finance. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and proven project management expertise which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Sr. Strategic Sourcing Specialist

**Location:** Phoenix, AZ - Hybrid – At least 3 days onsite per week (Day Shift)

**Pay Range:** $45 – $55/hr (based on experience)

**Duration:** Short-term project (estimate 8–10 weeks)

What’s the Job?

+ Lead sourcing initiatives and manage end-to-end procurement processes for assigned categories

+ Analyze market trends and supplier performance to identify cost-saving opportunities and mitigate risks

+ Evaluate vendor quotes, capabilities, and service offerings to select and onboard suitable suppliers

+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sourcing strategies with business goals

+ Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions to secure favorable agreements

What’s Needed?

+ Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field

+ 4–6 years of experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management

+ Proven ability to manage complex negotiations and supplier relationships

+ Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills

+ Familiarity with ERP systems, procurement tools, and industry best practices
