Our client, a leading technology services provider, is seeking a HP PC/Printer Technician to join their team. As a HP PC/Printer Technician, you will be part of the Field Service Support team supporting customer hardware solutions. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong mechanical aptitude, excellent interpersonal skills, and resourcefulness, which will align successfully in the organization.

**Location:** Dallas, TX
What's the Job?
+ Provide hardware support and repair services for HP PC products including laptops, desktops, RPOS, and workstations.
+ Configure hardware, software, and network components on customer sites.
+ Perform troubleshooting and technical diagnostics for printers and related hardware.
+ Manage critical service events and communicate effectively with customers and escalation teams.
+ Educate customers about technology solutions and ensure complete customer satisfaction.
What's Needed?
+ Technical or mechanical hardware repair experience.
+ Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks such as bending, crawling, and stooping.
+ High School diploma or equivalent; additional hardware technology training or college preferred.
+ Availability to work scheduled and unscheduled overtime, including non-traditional workdays and holidays.
+ Onsite customer-facing experience and a proactive, resourceful attitude.
