    3rd Shift Assembly – Temp to Hire

    **Location:** Newton, NC

     

    We are currently seeking dependable **3rd Shift Assembly Associates** for a manufacturing facility in **Newton, NC** . This is a **temp-to-hire opportunity** with competitive pay and growth potential.

    Shift:

    + 3rd Shift (overnight)

    Pay:

    + **$18.00/hour** while temporary

    + **$20.10/hour** once hired on (includes shift differential)

    Job Duties:

    + Assemble components according to work instructions

    + Operate basic assembly or production equipment

    + Perform quality checks to ensure product standards are met

    + Maintain a clean and safe work area

    + Follow all safety and production guidelines

    Requirements:

    + High school diploma or GED required

    + Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks

    + Basic mechanical or assembly experience preferred

    + Reliable attendance and ability to work overnight shifts
