    Material Handler / Forklift Operator – 3rd Shift

    **Location:** Newton, NC

     

    We’re looking for a reliable **Material Handler / Forklift Operator** to join a manufacturing team in **Newton, NC** . This is a **temp-to-hire opportunity** on **3rd shift** with a strong pay increase after hire-on.

    Shift:

    + **3rd Shift (overnight)**

    Pay:

    + **$18.00/hour** while temporary

    + **$20.10/hour** after hire-on (includes shift premium)

    What You’ll Be Doing:

    + Operate forklifts to move materials throughout the facility

    + Load, unload, and stage materials for production

    + Track inventory and update information using computer systems

    + Support production teams with timely material flow

    + Follow all safety and warehouse procedures

    What We’re Looking For:

    + High school diploma or GED required

    + Forklift experience required (certification a plus)

    + Comfortable using computers for inventory and tracking

    + Ability to work overnight shifts

    + Dependable attendance and attention to safety
