    Machine Operator – Train on 1st, Level Up to Off Shift

    **Location:** Newton, NC

     

    Ready to learn a new skill and boost your pay? We’re looking for **Machine Operators** to join a manufacturing team in **Newton, NC** . You’ll start by **training on 1st shift** , then move to an **off shift** once you’ve got the hang of it.

    The Schedule Game Plan:

    + Train on **1st shift**

    + Transition to an **off shift** after training

    Pay Breakdown:

    + **$18.00/hour** during training

    + **$20.10/hour** once hired on to off shift (includes shift differential 💰)

    What You’ll Be Doing:

    + Running and monitoring production machines

    + Loading materials and keeping things moving

    + Checking parts to make sure they meet quality standards

    + Making small adjustments and reporting any issues

    + Working safely and keeping your area organized

    What We’re Looking For:

    + High school diploma or GED required

    + Manufacturing or machine operating experience is a plus

    + Willingness to train on 1st shift and move to off shift

    + Reliable, detail-oriented, and ready to learn
