Our client, a leading organization in the distribution and logistics industry, is seeking a dedicated Route Processing Administrator to join their team. As a Route Processing Administrator, you will be an essential part of the Operations Department supporting the Distribution Center team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully within the organization.

**Job Title:** Route Processing Administrator

**Location:** Fort Myers, FL

Pay Range:

**Shift:** Tuesday - Saturday, 10AM - around 7PM

What's the Job?

+ Perform pre-settlement and cashiering duties within the Distribution Center.

+ Review and verify end-of-day driver paperwork to ensure accuracy and completeness.

+ Run daily route status reports to confirm all delivery routes are settled properly.

+ Ensure proof of deliveries are included in driver documentation, such as store stamps and DSD documentation.

+ Research and resolve driver overages, shortages, and other discrepancies related to cash and product loads.

What's Needed?

+ High School Diploma or GED required; some college coursework preferred.

+ Experience in a cash room environment or related field is advantageous.

+ Ability to sit for extended periods (up to 80%), with occasional bending, walking, and kneeling.

+ Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.

+ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
