    + Pay rate: $23.50 ($22.00 base rate plus $1.50 shift differential)

    Qualifications

    + Strong work ethic and willingness to work overtime hours in addition to regular shift hours

    + 3-5 years of material handling equipment experience preferred

    + Proven ability to excel in a fast-paced environment

    + Responsible for accurate and safe completion of picking and storage activities using powered industrial equipment, including order selectors, stand-up high lifts, reach trucks, or dock stockers

    + Post-offer background check & drug screen are required

    Responsibilities

    + Operate powered industrial machinery, including but not limited to stand-up forklifts, following OSHA guidelines and Ferguson safe operating procedures

    + Accurately pick product quantities or store product in assigned locations

    + Assemble containers and maintain supplies in an organized manner

    + Effectively communicate with associates and display teamwork in completing task assignments

    + Maintain inventory integrity and product safety at all times

    + Complete tasks using hand-held RF units/scanners

    + Follow all established standard operating procedures for given task areas

    + Accurately sort, label, and store picked products safely in containers or on pallets

    + Participate in associate meetings and communicate any concerns to management

    + Carry out all job responsibilities following OSHA standards and observe all policies, rules, regulations, and procedures established by the organization
