About the role

As an **Oracle Applications Integrations Lead** , you will play a pivotal role in managing end‑to‑end integration activities between Oracle E‑Business Suite (EBS) and other enterprise systems. This position requires technical expertise across Oracle Financials and Project Accounting, combined with leadership skills to guide integration projects. You will be a key contributor to ERP modernization programs, collaborating closely with stakeholders across the organization.

In this role, you will:

+ Lead the design, development, and implementation of integrations between Oracle EBS and third‑party applications (e.g., Workday, EPM, Unifier, custom systems)

+ Define integration architecture, data flow, and mapping strategies

+ Provide hands‑on support for Oracle EBS modules (Project Accounting and Procure to Pay)

+ Develop and troubleshoot PL/SQL, APIs, Web Services, and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) components

+ Manage integration workstreams within ERP modernization programs and coordinate with cross‑functional teams

+ Oversee SIT, UAT, and production deployment for integration solutions

+ Ensure data integrity and reconciliation across systems

+ Provide L3 support for integration issues and maintain documentation for integration processes

What you need to have to be considered

+ 15+ years of Oracle EBS experience, including at least 5 years in a Delivery Lead/PM role

+ Strong expertise in Oracle EBS R12 (GL, AP, Project Accounting, Procurement) with deep knowledge of P2P and Project Accounting processes

+ Advanced technical skills in PL/SQL, APIs, Web Services, and integration tools (including Oracle Integration Cloud)

+ Experience with middleware, data migration, and ETL processes, plus familiarity with Unifier and REST/SOAP APIs

+ Proven ability to translate functional requirements into technical solutions and manage integration workstreams

+ Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and experience with project tools such as ServiceNow, JIRA, and Smart Sheet

These will help you stand out

+ Oracle Certified Professional or Implementation Specialist credentials

+ Hands‑on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and other middleware systems

+ Exposure to Agile methodologies

**Salary and Other Compensation** :

The annual salary for this position is between $140,00 - $160,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
