Safety & Security Data Analyst
Pay range: $30-45/hr (based on experience)
Duration:6 Month Contract (W-2 only) with possibility of extension
About the Role
The Office of Intelligence & Analysis is seeking a Safety & Security Data Analyst to support its mission of protecting passengers, employees, and critical infrastructure. This role centers on collecting, organizing, and analyzing safety and security data to help leadership make informed operational decisions.

Key Responsibilities
* Collect and organize safety and security data from multiple internal sources.
* Maintain accurate records and ensure data integrity at every step.
* Conduct basic analysis using Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, charts, and formulas.
* Prepare clear, concise reports and summaries to support operational decision-making.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate data and resolve discrepancies.
* Handle sensitive information with discretion and adherence to data security standards.
Minimum Qualifications
* Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
* Experience with data collection, reporting, or analytical work.
* High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
* Effective written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and follow security protocols.
Preferred Qualifications
* Familiarity with data visualization tools or techniques.
* Exposure to Python or SQL.
* Experience with Power BI or DAX queries.
* Understanding of safety, security, or transportation-related data.
Work Environment
* Hybrid role based in Washington, DC.
* Primarily on-site (80-90%), with limited remote flexibility (10-20%).
* Travel is not expected for this assignment.
