    DESCRIPTION

The Android Consumer Marketing Team is looking for an organized, collaborative, and self starter Campaign Strategist and Producer to join a go-to-market team that launches a large campaign(s) with 10+ products on a quarterly basis. As part of this team that mobilizes cross-functional launches, this person will be a key person in gathering information about upcoming product launches, project managing the creative process for asset production (with multiple agencies), and helping the many working teams stay organized and on-schedule with tools and communication.

A person who thrives in this role has a keen eye for creatives and details and a growth mindset. And an understanding of how to pull seemingly disparate items and additional business input into a cohesive campaign theme and narrative for consumers. This person then takes the topline strategy and narrative and infuses it into the creative and campaign production process.

A part of this campaign strategist and producer’s time will be devoted to partnering with creative and marketing agencies to deliver on-time assets, gathering UIs from teams, organizing them for the agency, managing the production timeline, and then providing the final deliverables. This person excels at organizational skills, and will help the team navigate timelines and dependencies, empowering a wide variety of team members to contribute and deliver on time.

While the moment-to-moment tasks may seem organizational, in the bigger picture we are looking for someone who can be a friendly diplomat to other teams — someone who helps keep people in the know and able to help build and operationalize an internal engine, improving efficiencies and timelines, identifying high-impact approaches, and being a thought partner in making the overall program a success. This person should drive efficiencies and better creatives by using AI solutions.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

+ **Manage the production process of creative assets.** This involves collecting a variety of assets from product and UX teams, working with agencies to package them for a variety of marketing channels, applying AI, and shepherding the assets through the feedback cycle. It also means assisting with communication across teams to keep next steps clear and production on schedule.

+ **Collaborate with cross-functional teams on identifying upcoming launches.** Helping to stay in touch with a variety of cross-functional product marketing and product teams to curate products included in the marketing program.

+ **Drive creative strategy and direction across the full spectrum of assets and channels.** Partnering with agencies for video production, still asset production, and copywriting. This includes driving forward a creative audit and creative strategy in partnership with the brand team, and applying new AI solutions.

+ **Editorial & Content - Capture and elevate Google’s voice and lead storytelling efforts,** focusing on development of this narrative across mediums, including but not limited to videos, blog posts, social media posts, and newsletters. You cultivate Google and Google product awareness, business value, and differentiation into the market, and have ownership over the positive and proactive stories Google tells.

+ **Create and maintain internal communication tools to help stakeholders stay current and engaged through the life cycle of the campaign creation and execution.** This includes creating and maintaining an internally-facing website and informational deck.

    QUALIFICATIONS

+ Experience in working across multiple teams and agencies in a fast-paced environment.

+ 4-6+ years of experience in marketing (within Technology industry)

+ 4-6+ years of project and/or campaign management experience

    + Highly organized and detail-oriented

    + Growth mindset

+ Critical thinker with strong communication, writing, visual / creative, and project management skills

+ BA/BS Degree required or equivalent experience

+ Familiarity with Google Workspace tools (Drive, Docs, etc.)
