**MANTECH** seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented **Records Manager** to join our team in Arlington, VA. This is a full-time on-site position.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
+ Develop and Enforce Policy: Design, implement, and monitor the organization's official Records Retention Schedule, policies, and procedures to ensure regulatory compliance and efficient information management across all departments.
+ Oversee Records Lifecycle: Manage the entire lifecycle of records, including classification, indexing, secure storage (physical and digital), and timely disposition (archiving or legal destruction).
+ Manage Record Systems: Administer and maintain the organization's Electronic Document and Records Management Systems (EDRMS) and physical records storage facilities.
+ Training and Consultation: Provide expert guidance, consultation, and training to employees across the organization on best practices for records management, compliance, and proper handling of sensitive information.
+ Audit and Legal Support: Lead or participate in internal/external records audits and coordinate with the Legal department on matters related to legal holds, discovery requests, and compliance monitoring.
+ Workforce Planning Support: Partner with business management to provide data and insight for long-term human resource needs and trends, supporting strategic decisions related to workforce management and human capital.
Minimum Qualifications:
+ Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of four (4) years of relevant professional experience in Records Management or Information Governance
+ Demonstrated ability to work effectively at both the operational level (managing day-to-day records systems and compliance) and the strategic level (advising management on long-term policy and HR trends).5+ years of records management experience.
+ Proven experience in developing and delivering effective senior-level briefings and presentations to executive management and diverse organizational stakeholders.
+ Conceptual and practical expertise in core records management principles, with general knowledge of related Human Resources disciplines (e.g., policy, workforce management).
+ Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems by taking a new perspective on existing solutions and exercising judgment based on analysis of multiple data sources.
+ Proven ability to administer, maintain, and utilize Electronic Document and Records Management Systems (EDRMS) and other enterprise-level information management technologies.
Preferred Qualifications:
+ Master’s degree
+ In-depth knowledge of local, state, and federal regulations pertaining to data privacy, records retention, and employee documentation/HR records management.
+ Experience acting as a subject matter resource for colleagues and team members, including providing guidance and leading projects with limited risk and resource requirements.
Clearance Requirements:
+ Active TS/SCI with the ability to obtain and maintain a Polygraph
Physical Requirements:
+ Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%.
+ Must be able to communicate, converse, and exchange information with peers and senior personnel.
+ The person in this position needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc
