    Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – $55–$60/hr – Apple Valley, CA – Flexible Hours

    Position Overview:

    Amergis is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide consultation, training, behavioral evaluations, and develop/implement behavior intervention plans for students with academic and behavioral needs. The BCBA will act as a clinical teacher, supervising educational activities and behavioral service delivery in the school setting.

    Assignment Details:

    + Location: Apple Valley, CA

    + Start Date: ASAP

    + End Date: June 30, 2026

    + Schedule: Flexible; starting at 6 hrs/week with potential to increase to 35 hrs/week

    + Modality: In-person

    + Pay Rate: $55–$60/hr

    + Contract Length: 36 weeks

    + Caseload: Currently 5 students; will increase

    + Grade Levels: Preschool–12th

    + Duties: FBAs, BIPs, IEP meetings, RBT supervision, collaboration across sites

    Minimum Requirements:

    + Current BCBA certification from BACB

    + Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Teaching, or related field

    + School-based experience preferred

    + CPR certification (if applicable)

    + TB screening and health clearance

    + Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements

    + Must be at least 18 years of age
