    Caseload: 30–50 students

     

    Local Pay Rate: $60/HR

    About the Role

     

    Amergis is seeking a dedicated Speech-LanguagePathologist (SLP) to provide therapy services and evaluations for studentsin a school setting. You will work closely with SLPA support to deliverindividualized care plans, ensuring students achieve communication goalsessential for academic success.

    Day-to-Day Duties

    + Perform student evaluations and assessments

    + Provide direct speech and language therapy services

    + Document therapy sessions and progress according to individualized plans of care

    + Collaborate with educators, families, and other school staff

    + Participate in team meetings to support student development

    Minimum Requirements

    + Active Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) License in the state of assignment

    + CCC-SLP preferred (may be required by state/contract)

    + Compliance with all professional standards of practice

    + Current CPR (if applicable)

    + TB questionnaire, PPD, or chest X-ray (if applicable)

    + Current health certificate (per contract or state regulation)

    + Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements

    + Must be at least 18 years of age
