    School Based Special Education Teacher (Self-Contained Classroom)

    Pay Rate: $40–$45 per hour

    Schedule: 37.5 hours per week | Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

     

    Contract Duration: ASAP start through May 28, 2026

     

    Setting: School-based role (Elementary level)

    Position Overview

    We are seeking experienced Special Education Teachers to join our team for the remainder of the 2025–2026 school year. These positions will be in self-contained classrooms serving elementary students with diverse learning needs.

    Key Details

    + Grade Level: Elementary

    + Classroom Type: Self-Contained

    + Caseload: Up to 15 students

    + Support: Paraeducator support provided

    Responsibilities

    + Deliver individualized and group instruction aligned with IEP goals

    + Manage classroom environment and implement behavior strategies

    + Collaborate with paras and related service providers

    + Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports

    Requirements

    + Valid Special Education Teaching Certification

    + Previous experience in self-contained settings preferred

    + Ability to work full-time on campus
