Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Special Education Teacher to support an elementary school in Grafton, WI. This role is ideal for an educator who is passionate about helping students with diverse learning needs reach their full potential.
Responsibilities
+ Provide specialized instruction in accordance with IEP goals.
+ Collaborate with general education teachers, paraprofessionals, and related service providers.
+ Monitor student progress and maintain accurate documentation.
+ Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal development.
+ Foster an inclusive, supportive learning environment.
Requirements
+ Valid Wisconsin DPI Special Education License (cross-categorical or area-specific).
+ Experience in elementary settings preferred.
+ Strong communication and collaboration skills.
+ Ability to implement evidence-based instructional strategies.
