Pay: Starting at $20/hour (higher with experience or Associate’s degree)

Schedule: Weekly pay + Benefits (Healthcare, Vision, Dental, Retirement)

Are you passionate about supporting students and helping them succeed? We’re looking for experienced school-based paraprofessionals to join our team in January!

As a School Aide, you’ll work under the guidance of the Special Education Department and classroom teachers to provide instructional and behavioral support to students. You may also assist with personal care, mobility, and therapeutic needs as directed by healthcare professionals.

What You’ll Do:

+ Support students in classroom and small group settings

+ Assist with behavioral and instructional needs

+ Provide care for mobility and therapeutic requirements

Minimum Requirements:

? High School Diploma or equivalent

? At least 18 years old

? CPR Certification (if applicable)

? TB screening and Health Certificate (per state regulations)

? Meet all federal, state, and local requirements

(Associate’s degree preferred – earn a higher pay rate!)
