    Position Details:

    + Location: Baltimore, MD 21239

    + Department: Day Habilitation

    + Position Type: Direct Hire

    + Schedule: 35 hours/week (Monday–Friday) – flexible options available

    + Salary Range: $65,000 – $80,000 annually

    About the Role:

    The Director will coordinate and supervise Day Habilitation, Community Integration, and EmploymentServices programs. Responsibilities include staffdevelopment, program oversight, compliance with DDA regulations, and ensuringhigh-quality services for participants.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Lead and supervise program managers

    + Oversee recruitment, training, and staff development

    + Monitor program effectiveness and compliance

    + Develop community-based opportunities for integration

    + Assist with budgeting and quality assurance initiatives

    Qualifications:

    + 3–5 years leadership experience in DDA services or related field

    + Strong knowledge of DDA regulations, LTSS Maryland, and person-centered planning

    + Bachelor’s degree preferred (or 6+ years experience in lieu of degree)

    + Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

    + Excellent communication and leadership skills

    Interview Process:

    + 1-hour in-person interview (includes facility tour)

    + Feedback within 24 hours

    + Orientation includes shadowing VP of Community Services
