    As an HR Associate at NVR, parent company of Ryan Homes and NVHomes, you will provide HR support to a dynamic team and assist in the delivery of HR services to the business.

    Primary Responsibilities

    + Partner with HR Business Partners and other HR Team members to support hiring, retention, and development

    + Support the recruiting function by preparing job offer letters

    + Facilitate the background check and I-9 process for new hires

    + Support employee benefits administration including the annual benefits open enrollment process, audits, and leave of absence management

    + Answer employee and management questions on a variety of HR related topics including providing basic knowledge of HR policies and procedures

    + Develop reports and analyze data to drive decision making and process improvements

    + Manage and maintain information within NVR’s HRIS

    + Support adhoc projects

    Qualifications

    + Bachelor's degree in business management, human resources, or related field

    + Strong customer service skills

    + Prior administrative or Human Resources administration experience preferred

    + Excellent attention to detail and experience handling confidential information

    + Proficient organizational skills, with the proven ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

    + Ability to collaborate effectively at all levels of the organization

    + Experience using Excel and PowerPoint to manipulate data and develop charts/reports
