Overview:Loads and unloads cook tanks. Responsible for the monitoring and maintaining integrity of HACCP compliance through cook and chill process according to company specifications.

Job Description:

Responsibilities:

+ Know and understand the Ham Cook Guidelines

+ Know and understand the Water/Product Temperature Requirements

+ Know and understand the HACCP Pre-Shipment Requirements

+ Know and understand the Cook Tank Monitoring Requirements

+ Know and understand the Cook Tank Probe Calibration

+ Know and understand the Process Deviation/ Critical Incident Reporting

+ Must work as a team player, ensuring product specifications are attained in a safe and efficient manner and communicate well with other team members

+ Assist other departments as assigned by Supervisor/Lead/Manager

+ Must follow company’s GMP’s, SOP’s, Plant Rules and Policies

+ Must be able to follow written and oral instructions

+ Strives to satisfy the requirements of internal and external customers

+ Responsible for keeping work area clean

+ Other duties may be assigned

Qualifications:

+ High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience

+ Read and understand cook & busl charts and thermometer

+ Must have basic computer skills and be able to navigate software

+ Must have the ability to produce error free operational documentation
