SR EVENT & MARKETING SPECIALIST
As a Sr Even & Marketing Specialist here at Honeywell, you will assume a leadership role in orchestrating impactful events that elevate our brand and engage our audience. In addition to managing events, you will also contribute to the development and implementation of regional marketing strategies that address the unique needs and preferences of our regional markets. Your responsibilities will involve overseeing the planning and execution of a wide range of events, from product launches and trade shows to corporate gatherings and promotional campaigns. Your wealth of experience will be pivotal in ensuring flawless event logistics, while your creative prowess will shine through in curating unique and compelling experiences. By strategically aligning events and regional marketing initiatives with our overall goals, you will play a central role in enhancing brand recognition, strengthening customer relationships, and ultimately driving our marketing success.
This position reports directly to the Marketing Director, Americas. By creating engaging and memorable experiences, you'll bolster our customer relationships, drive brand recognition, and help us reach our marketing objectives. Your meticulous attention to detail, coupled with your creative flair, will ensure that our events and marketing strategies stand out and serve as powerful tools to support business growth.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Plan, coordinate, and execute regional marketing events including conferences, trade shows, webinars, and customer events.
• Collaborate with regional sales, marketing, and customer success teams to align event and marketing strategies with business goals.
• Manage event logistics, vendor relationships, and on-site execution to ensure seamless delivery.
• Develop and localize event marketing materials tailored to Americas audiences and regional campaigns.
• Track event and campaign performance metrics and provide post-event analysis and recommendations.
YOU MUST HAVE
• 5+ years of experience in event management, preferably in a marketing or corporate environment.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in event management software and tools.
• Knowledge of marketing principles and strategies.
