Technically Lead, develop, and motivate engineering teams responsible for the System Design and development of Bombardier M222 Applications for Regional/Business Jet/General Aviation (BRGA) programs. This will be a customer facing role and you will be responsible for Systems Integration, integration of HW modules, coordination of builds between IFS systems, cross functional engineering teams and be a liaison between Honeywell team and customers focals on Systems integration. You will participate in all phases of program development and drive high impact growth projects.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to gather integration requirements, implement integration solutions and generate target builds

+ Strong knowledge AFCS, FMS, Displays systems development activities and systems integration of various sub systems on target hardware

+ Support the development, integration, testing activities of avionics solutions to meet program requirements

+ Lead coordination with product groups and customer focals and be a liaison to the customers by owning the technical solution of the program.

+ Individuals who are self-motivated and able to work with little supervision, who consistently take the initiative to get things done, do things before being asked by others or forced to by events.

+ Strong problem-solving capabilities and has the ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

+ Possesses strong knowledge of avionics architecture, Model based development(MBD) processes and tools

Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. Person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status or have the ability to obtain an export authorization.

Must Have:

+ Bachelors or Masters in Electric/Electronics/Computers/Aerospace Engineering

+ Minimum 10 years of experience working various application areas supporting avionics functions or in aerospace systems engineering

+ Minimum 3 years’ experience working in systems definition, requirements capture, systems test procedures and reviews.
