    Job Purpose & Scope

     

    Key contributor operating in a cross-functional product development team building software solutions for Bank OZK.

     

    Essential Job Functions

     

    + Manages prioritization of development work and drives day-to-day execution of the product development team following agile methodologies.

    + Serves as a communication hub within product development team, driving alignment and clarity between different functions.

    + Develops business requirements with input from product stakeholders and translates them into functional user stories and acceptance criteria.

    + Gathers user feedback and evaluates enhancement requests to continuously improve the products.

    + Manages the product roadmap and backlog for assigned products.

    + Collaborates with DevOps, Quality Assurance, and Release Management teams to ensure smooth and well-documented releases.

    + Provides post-development support by monitoring product performance and user adoption trends, converting issues and pain points into actionable enhancement opportunities.

     

    Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

     

    + Knowledge of agile project methodologies, stakeholder management, feature writing and requirements definition.

    + Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.

    + Ability to effectively incorporate user feedback to manage product roadmap and adapt or develop products to meet client needs.

    + Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with exacting deadlines, and deliver quality work on time.

    + Ability to work without close supervision.

    + Ability to demonstrate outstanding collaboration and partnership skills, including customer service skills.

    + Ability to demonstrate professionalism, initiative, self-motivation, and a team-player approach.

    + Skill in using computer and Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Outlook.

    Basic Qualifications

    + Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, or job-related field, or equivalent work experience, required.

    + 4+ years relevant product management or banking work experience, required.

    + 2+ years of experience working in an agile product development environment, preferred.
