The business operates across four dynamic categories: Powersports, Cycling, Snow, and Lifestyle, delivering high-performance gear and experiences for passionate outdoor enthusiasts.
• Revelyst Golf Technology is based in San Diego, CA and is a leader in advanced performance solutions for the golf industry. This platform specializes in distance measuring devices and powers a virtual network for global, real-time competition among golfers. The portfolio includes Bushnell Golf, Foresight Sports, Golf Logix, and PinSeeker—brands known for innovation and precision technologies.
• Outdoor Performance is based in Bozeman, MT, and is dedicated to making category-defining brands with meticulous craftsmanship that push the boundaries of what is possible in the outdoors. The portfolio includes Simms Fishing, Camp Chef, Bushnell, Primos, Stone Glacier, and Blackhawk, serving adventurers across fishing, hunting, cooking, tactical gear and more.

The **Senior Financial Reporting Analyst** is a key member of the Corporate FP&A team, responsible for consolidating financial data across various platforms and corporate operations to provide accurate, timely, and insightful reporting for senior leadership. This enterprise-level role offers high visibility and exposure to executive decision-making, supporting strategic initiatives in a fast-paced, private-equity-backed environment with ongoing M&A activity. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of EBITDA, be resourceful, detail-oriented, adaptable in dynamic environments, and have a bias toward action. This position reports to the Finance Director.
As the Senior Analyst, Corporate FP&A, you will have an opportunity to:
• Consolidate financial results from multiple platforms and business units into corporate-level reporting packages.
• Prepare and deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual management reports for senior leadership and PE firm.
• Perform variance analysis on actuals vs. forecast and budget; identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Support enterprise-wide budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring alignment across platforms.
• Develop and enhance financial models for scenario planning and strategic decision support.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partners with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity and consistency in reporting.
• Drive automation and process improvements in consolidation and reporting workflows.
• Transformation & Integration: Lead reporting harmonization across multiple brands, platforms and enterprise functions.
• Assist in preparing presentations for executive leadership and board-level reviews.
• Support financial analysis related to M&A activity, integration, and performance tracking.
You have:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field (CPA or CFA preferred).
• Experience: 5+ years in FP&A, corporate finance, or financial reporting; private equity-backed company experience is a plus.
• Technical Skills: Advanced Excel (modeling, pivot tables, complex formulas) & PowerPoint skills, ability to learn financial systems; experience with enterprise planning tools (e.g., Planful, Netsuite, SAP) and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) preferred.
• Financial Acumen: Strong understanding of EBITDA and key performance metrics.
• Analytical Strength: Ability to synthesize data, reconcile work, and design analysis to answer business questions.
• Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving, attention to detail, and clear communication of complex concepts.
• Adaptability: Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with frequent change; able to manage multiple projects and thrive in ambiguity.
• Character: High integrity and trustworthiness with confidential information.
Pay Range:
Annual Salary: $88,000.00 - $105,000.00
The actual annual salary offered to a candidate will be based on variables including experience, geographic location, education, and skills/achievements, and will be mutually agreed upon at the time of offer.
