    Qualifications you’ll bring:

    + An Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of education and related experience.

    + The availability to work full-time, hybrid

    + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.

    + Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on delivering results.

    Your key responsibilities:

    + Lead and manage the ancillary services department, including supervising a team of employees and ensuring their productivity and performance.

    + Develop and implement strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the department's operations.

    + Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination and delivery of services.

    + Monitor and analyze departmental performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement appropriate solutions.

    + Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance the quality of services provided.

    + Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and professional growth among team members.

    + Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction.

    + Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback, coaching, and training to team members.

    + Collaborate with the HR department to recruit, onboard, and train new employees as needed.

    + Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, policies, and procedures.

    + Contribute to our humble pursuit of excellence by performing various responsibilities that may arise, reflecting our collective goal of enhancing healthcare delivery and being the difference for the customer.

    MVP Health Care is committed to providing competitive employee compensation and benefits packages. The base pay range provided for this role reflects our good faith compensation estimate at the time of posting. MVP adheres to pay transparency nondiscrimination principles.
