    Mechanical Estimator – Denver, CO

     

    Pay Range: $80,000 – $100,000

     

    We are looking for a construction professional to add to our team of dedicated, safe, productive, and proven estimators.

    Responsibilities:

    + Assess project requirements

    + Prepare accurate estimates

    + Manage multiple projects

    + Review drawings and specifications

    + Compile material summaries

    + Meet regulatory requirements

    + Determine crew size

    + Utilize Trimble AutoBid, Excel, and On-Screen Takeoff.

    + Perform gap fill on bids

    Requirements:

    + 3+ years HVAC/Plumbing related experience

    + Background check

    + Drug screen

    + HVAC Technician Certification (if applicable)
