This position, under the direction of the Director Contract Management, would work closely with key customers, upper management and other department heads to ensure contract compliance and customer satisfaction.

What you’ll do
+ Contract interpretation; including reading and understanding requirements and specifications and complete knowledge of contract structure and pricing.
+ In conjunction with Executive Management, analyze and review project bids and contract documents to ensure maximum profitability.
+ Obtain, organize and provide all requested data to prepare reports and assist in business analysis
+ Post-contract award prepares documentation and communicates to relevant departments (Operations,PMO, Safety, QC, Inventory, Fleet) contractual requirements needed to complete the contract perCustomer requirements.
+ Request and prepare quotes from subcontractors to leverage outside resources while maintaining profit margins
+ Prepare subcontractor pricing in conjunction with Executive Management
+ Monitor project documents to ensure compliance with budget expectations
+ Review and evaluate RFPs and prepare proposals as requested by potential clients
+ Review and process project change orders pursuant to contract terms and conditions
+ Advise and assist field personnel with contract issues and contract specification questions
+ Assist PMO, Billing & Managers with project closeout documents and invoicing requirements
+ Assist and advise Executive Management with the preparation of written client communications.
+ Occasional travel may be required as necessary.
+ Other duties may be assigned
What you’ll need
+ Bachelor’s degree and 12 to 15 years of related work experience, or combination of education and experience is required.
+ Ability to read, understand and interpret contracts
+ Ability to read, understand and interpret telecommunication construction sheets, maps and plant records
+ Ability to write complex business correspondence and to effectively present that information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
+ Problem solver and critical thinker.
+ Ability to understand utility construction concepts as they relate to telecommunications design criteria, contract requirements and engineering specifications and to understand Customer construction standardsand unit definitions and their application.
+ Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where onlylimited standardization exists.
+ Self-motivated with the ability to work independently on assigned tasks with minimum guidance.
+ Proficient use of computer hardware, database and internet software is required. Familiarity with Google-based applications such as G-mail, Google Docs and Sheets is strongly preferred.
+ Strong understanding of financial practices and principles.

The wage range for Sr Manager Process Improvement is $110,000.00** **- $130,000.00** **.
