Position Overview

Pay: $18/HR

Key Responsibilities

+ Lead and support a team of agents as they assist customers via phone, chat, and email.

+ Guide agents in troubleshooting and determining the best outcomes for customers.

+ Promote a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and collaboration.

+ Report, document, and escalate bugs, issues, and concerns to management in a timely manner.

+ Handle inbound and outbound customer service calls, including disputes and escalated concerns.

Qualifications

+ Strong ability to guide and support a team in real time across phone, chat, and email channels.

+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse customers.

+ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and remain steady in high-pressure situations.

+ A proactive mindset with a passion for identifying solutions and driving improvements.

+ Previous customer service or operational support experience preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

+ 2+ years of customer service experience

+ Experience with inbound/outbound calls

+ Experience responding to and sending customer emails

+ Chat support experience

+ Proficiency with Excel and Word
