Pediatric Partners, part of the Sevita family, is seeking a **Full-Time Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)** to join our collaborative pediatric team. In this role, you’ll support children with speech, language, voice, fluency, and swallowing needs while partnering closely with families and an interdisciplinary care team.
What You’ll Do
As a Pediatric SLP, you will support children with a wide range of communication and developmental needs. Responsibilities include:
+ Assess speech, language, articulation, voice, fluency, and swallowing skills
+ Review medical history and conduct comprehensive speech-language evaluations
+ Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized treatment plans
+ Provide skilled, evidence-based speech-language therapy services
+ Monitor progress and adjust therapy plans to maximize functional outcomes
+ Collaborate with physicians, clinical leadership, and interdisciplinary team members
+ Educate parents, caregivers, and families to support carryover of skills at home
+ Maintain accurate, timely documentation, including evaluations, daily notes, and progress reports
+ Coordinate care and communicate pertinent clinical information across care teams
+ Uphold HIPAA compliance and maintain a safe, supportive therapy environment
+ Address client or employee concerns professionally and in accordance with policy
+ Perform other related duties as assigned
What You’ll Bring
+ Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Speech Therapy
+ Current state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC-SLP preferred, if applicable)
+ Minimum of one (1) year of experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist
+ Pediatric experience preferred; new graduates are encouraged to apply
+ Strong clinical, documentation, and communication skills
+ Passion for working with children and families in a collaborative environment
Physical Requirements
This position requires **medium work** , including the ability to:
+ Exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally
+ Exert up to 30 pounds of force frequently
+ Exert up to 10 pounds of force constantly
