    This position is part of the Plant Engineering team that supports BAE Systems Microelectronics Center in South Nashua:

    + The ideal candidate will have knowledge and experience with maintenance of low, medium and high voltage power distribution

    + Knowledge and experience with uninterruptible power supplies, automatic transfer switches and emergency/standby power generation systems

    + Knowledge and experience with the installation and/or maintenance of fire alarm and gas detection systems

    + Installation of low-voltage electrical panels and circuitry

    + Troubleshooting of electrical circuits, control panels and VFDs

    + Collaborate with stakeholders Ability to work with customers and stakeholders to provide quality services

    + Internal team collaboration Ability to work in a cross-functional team environment to achieve goals and objectives

    + 9/80 schedule providing flexibility for work/life balance

    Expectations:

    + Participation on the site s off-hours on-call rotation

    + Participation on the site s offensive Chemical Emergency Response Team (CERT)

    + Participation on the site s snow removal team

    + Building automation specialist backup role

    Required Education, Experience, & Skills

    + High School Diploma or GED

    + New Hampshire Master s Electrician license with at least 5 years in the trade

    + Basic computer skills to maintain site reports, spreadsheets, preventive maintenance logs and operate within a computerized maintenance management system

    Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills

    + Experience with maintenance and troubleshooting of electrical distribution systems

    + Experience with maintenance and troubleshooting of uninterruptible power supplies, generators and automatic transfer switches

    + Experience with maintenance and troubleshooting of fire alarm systems and fixed gas detection systems

    + Knowledge or experience with building automation systems

    + Knowledge of HVAC, boilers, chillers and other building infrastructure systems

    + Knowledge of relevant building codes and standards.

    + Ability to get a secret clearance.

     

    Pay Information

     

    Full-Time Salary Range: $74508 - $119213

     

    Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
