Job Description

One of Insight Global's clients is looking to hire a temporary Engineer to assist with operations at a commercial office building in Crystal City, VA. This will be a fully onsite role working a 6am - 2:30pm shift, Monday - Friday with on-call responsibilities. Any on-call emergencies will count towards 4 hours of overtime.

This individual will be responsible for taking care of a 240,000 square foot building that is partially occupied. They will be responsible for repairs, troubleshooting, and proactive fixes on all MEP systems in the building.

Skills and Requirements

- 3+ years of experience in commercial facilities maintenance

- Must have their Universal CFC/EPA certification

- Hands on experience with boilers, cooling towers and other pieces of commercial mechanical equipment

- Previous working knowledge of building automation systems (BAS)

- Strong communication skills

- Must be able to obtain a government clearance

- Reliable transportation - Previous experience as a lead or chief engineer

- Experience with Pritchett Controls
