• Maintenance Coordinator

    Job Description

    We are seeking a Maintenance Coordinator to support our truck fleet operations. This role is split between administrative responsibilities (50%) and hands-on manual labor (50%). The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and physically capable of handling heavy lifting.

     

    Administrative (50%)

     

    Document and track incoming and outgoing shipments of maintenance parts.

     

    Maintain accurate records using Smartsheets, Microsoft Office Suite, and UPS systems.

     

    Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of parts.

     

    Monitor inventory levels and assist with procurement processes.

     

    Manual Labor (50%)

     

    Assist with loading, unloading, and organizing maintenance parts.

     

    Perform basic maintenance tasks as needed.

     

    Safely lift and move heavy items (up to [insert weight limit, e.g., 50 lbs]).

     

    Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

    Skills and Requirements

     

    High school diploma or equivalent; technical or logistics experience preferred.

     

    Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Smartsheets, and shipping systems (UPS).

     

    Strong organizational and communication skills.

     

    Ability to lift heavy weights and perform physical tasks safely.

     

    Prior experience in fleet maintenance or logistics is a plus.
