    Job Description

    Insight Global is seeking a Construction Project Engineer professional to support one of our largest federal clients. This person will be responsible for the day-to-day tactical duties for assigned programs. They will oversee and coordinate the cost, schedule, technical aspects of ongoing Facilities engineering projects within the program guidelines set by the Facilities Manager and customer. They will serve as single point-of-contact between Facilities engineering project management, planning, Facilities, and line management. Reviews status of Facilities engineering projects and budgets; manages schedules and prepares status reports. Assesses Facilities engineering project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and customer-satisfaction goals and objectives. Develops mechanisms for monitoring Facilities engineering project progress and for intervention and problem solving with Facilities engineering project managers, line managers, and customers. Provides the coordination between resource managers/supervisors and ensures all necessary reviews and approvals are received. May conduct performance/project analyses during phase-down to benefit future/other engineering projects, missions, and programs.

    Skills and Requirements

     

    Senior professional with strong knowledge of Facilities and Construction areas and broad knowledge of project management.

     

    Previously managed complex projects or processes with general oversight.

     

    Previous stakeholder management experience.

     

    Bachelor's Degree PMP, FMP, CFM Certifications

     

    Microsoft Suite including MS Project
