Job Description
A client of Insight Global is seeking a Trust Officer to support their business in Orlando, FL. A typical day involves managing trust accounts to ensure compliance with legal and company standards, making timely distributions to beneficiaries, and maintaining accurate records. You’ll work closely with clients to understand their financial goals, explain trust decisions, and collaborate with legal, tax, and wealth management professionals to address risks and complex issues. Building relationships is key—both by supporting internal teams and by networking to acquire new clients and assets, through community involvement.

Skills and Requirements
•5+ years of trust administration experience in a corporate banking setting .
•No CTFA or JD needed if they have more experience
•More junior must have CTFA or JD
•Undergraduate degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience.
•In-depth knowledge of managing and administering trust accounts in accordance with legal and regulatory requirements.
•Must be willing to be a part of a growing division and contribute to laying the foundation for this newer Wealth Division.
•Strong understanding of trust and estate laws, tax regulations, and fiduciary responsibilities.
•Must have experience in business development and be able to build on an existing book of business.
•Proven track record in cultivating new and existing client relationships.
•Ability to work independently and within a team structure.
•Excellent interpersonal skills to positively represent the bank to clients.
•Experience settling estates and working with unique assets. •Preferred: JD, CTFA, and/or CFP certification.
