Job Summary
Phoenix Furniture is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Salesperson to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about furniture and design, enjoys working with people, and is motivated to achieve sales goals while delivering outstanding customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
• Greet customers and assist them throughout the sales process
• Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate furniture solutions
• Demonstrate product features, materials, and benefits
• Maintain knowledge of current inventory, promotions, and pricing
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
• Follow up with customers regarding orders, deliveries, and satisfaction
• Maintain showroom appearance, including product displays and cleanliness
• Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets
• Work collaboratively with team members and management

Skills and Requirements
Qualifications & Skills
• Previous retail sales experience preferred (furniture sales a plus)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-service oriented with a positive attitude
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
• Basic computer skills and point-of-sale experience
• Ability to stand for extended periods and occasionally lift or move furniture
