    Job Description

    Insight Global is looking for a senior leader to define the strategy for building highly reliable, secure, and scalable ML/AI solutions that align with our business goals and measurable outcomes. You will help lead the design and implementation of robust, high‑performance ML architectures leveraging cloud‑native services across AWS, Azure, and GCP alongside modern open‑source frameworks. You will design, build, and continuously optimize machine learning models to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and scalability from experimentation through production. Partnering with data engineers, data scientists, software developers, and DevOps, you will integrate models into resilient production systems and ensure smooth, automated deployments. You will assess and recommend ML tools, frameworks, and platforms that deliver clear business value, and you will monitor and tune production performance for latency, throughput, and cost efficiency. As a technical leader, you will set standards and best practices, uphold ethical and privacy requirements, drive Generative AI use cases, lead organizational change for new platforms and workflows, and own stakeholder communications and vendor/partner accountability.

     

    This role require 2-3 days on site in Seattle, WA, various locations in California, Mesa, AZ, Colorado Springs, CO, Arlington, VA and Ridley Park, PA. This role is looking to pay $174,000 - $293,000/yr as well as competitive benefits and investment opportunities. Please apply today!

    Skills and Requirements

    10 years of related work experience to AI/ML development

     

    5+ years of experience working with AI/ML technologies, models and ensembles

     

    5+ years of experience with Kubernetes, Docker and Ansible

     

    5+ years of experience with Pytorch, SciKit Learn, Tensorflow or similar backend frameworks

     

    5+ years of experience with data engineering and data pipelines for On-Prem cloud, hybrid data models and data warehouses

     

    5+ years of experience with DevOps software including Gitlab, Ansible, Terraform, Jira, Azure DevOps Pipelines, GitHub, AWS CodeBuild, AWS CodePipelines, AWS CodeGuru

     

    5+ years of experience with software programming/scripting (Python, Pyspark, Spark or R preferred)

     

    Experience working in the manufacturing or aviation domain
