    Job Description

    We are seeking a highly skilled Senior React Full-Stack Developer to design and deliver modern, scalable, and secure web applications. This role combines front-end expertise in React.js and Fluent UI with back-end development and cloud deployment experience using Azure and Azure DevOps. You will also leverage AI-powered coding assistants (such as Cline) to accelerate development and maintain high-quality standards.

     

    You will lead technical decisions, mentor team members, and ensure best practice across the stack while working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

    Skills and Requirements

    7+ years of professional software development experience, with at least 3+ years in React.js.

     

    • Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.

    • Hands-on experience with Fluent UI for building accessible and consistent interfaces.

    • Solid experience with Azure services (App Services, Functions, Storage, etc.).

    • Expertise in Azure DevOps for CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.

    • Back-end development experience with Node.js, .NET, or similar technologies.

    • Familiarity with AI coding assistants (e.g., Cline, GitHub Copilot) and ability to integrate them into workflows.

    • Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, authentication/authorization, and security best practices.

    • Proficiency in testing frameworks such as Jest, React Testing Library, and end-to-end testing tools.

    • Familiarity with web accessibility standards (WCAG) and responsive design.
