    Description

    What you will be doing as a Flight Mechanic :

    In this role, you will collaborate alongside experienced Flight Mechanics to ensure multi\-engine aircraft are flight\-ready for testing and customer delivery\. Your expertise will be essential in maintaining mechanical excellence and safety standards\.

    Your responsibilities may include \(but are not limited to\):

    Mechanical Installation : Install line shortage items, disassemble and reassemble components, and prepare aircraft for flight tests and delivery

     

    System Checks & Adjustments : Perform functional checks, corrections, and adjustments on multi\-engine systems to ensure optimal performance

     

    Flight Test Support : Assist in correcting flight test and inspection squawks to meet quality standards

     

    Sheet Metal Rework : Conduct minor sheet metal rework as needed to maintain aircraft reliability

     

    Tool Utilization : Use mechanic hand tools and devices like scales, inclinometers, tensiometers, and pressure gauges to perform precise measurements and adjustments

     

    Blueprint & Specification Adherence : Follow blueprints, routers, specifications, and checklists to complete tasks accurately and efficiently

    What you need to be successful:

    A high school diploma, an equivalent certificate, or a bronze level WorkKeys certification is required

     

    At least 3\-6 months of diversified experience with jet, turboprop or piston aircraft , including phase inspections, engine troubleshooting, or servicing is required

     

    Knowledge of aircraft mechanical systems and components is helpful

     

    An A&P license is helpful
