    The Department of Management and Organizations invites applications for a full-time non-tenure-track, clinical faculty appointment (open rank) with a focus on entrepreneurship and technology. Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to, teaching in our Undergraduate and MBA Entrepreneurship curriculum. Depending on the candidate’s experience, the position may also include curricular and/or co-curricular program administration responsibilities. The faculty rank will be determined based on the candidate’s experience and qualifications, and the anticipated start date is September 2026.

    Wage Transparency Statement

    In compliance with NYC’s Pay Transparency Act, the annual base salary range for this position is:

    Clinical Assistant Professor $125,000-$185,000

     

    Clinical Associate Professor $140,000-$230,000

     

    Clinical Professor $165,000-$265,000

     

    This pay range represents base pay only (for 12 months) and excludes any additional items such as incentives, bonuses, clinical compensation, or other items. New York University considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate’s work experience, education/training, key skills, internal peer equity, as well as market and organizational considerations when extending an offer.

     

    Candidates should have a minimum of a Masters degree and should have a record of outstanding teaching in academia and/or a distinguished career as a practitioner in industry. Evidence of strong pedagogical skills and expertise in topics related to entrepreneurship, technology and innovation is required. These may include teaching performance, curriculum development, experiential instruction, and entrepreneurial mentorship. Evidence of prior leadership in academia or business is also an advantage. In addition, ideal candidates will support, reinforce, and contribute to our department’s collaborative culture and scholarly community.
