    As the Assisted Living Program Coordinator - RN you will work closely with our residents at Avoca Lodge Assisted Living. You will also have the option available to pick up hours working the floor as a Charge Nurse at Avoca Specialty Care (attached skilled nursing facility). Together, we can make a difference in the lives of our residents and their loved ones.

    What it takes to become an AL Program Coordinator with Care Initiatives:

    + Valid RN license in good standing. License must be valid within the state of Iowa, or ability to activate.

    + Current, valid CPR Certification.

    + Knowledge of federal and state assisted living & long-term care regulations and laws.
