Position Summary

The Clinical Trainee or Licensed Therapist is responsible for managing a clinical case load, providing a combination of the following services: case management, quality intake, assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, intervention, supportive therapy, evaluation, and termination.

Minimum Qualifications

**Education:** Master’s degree in a relevant field in addition to a Minnesota license in good standing as an LPC, LPCC, LICSW, LMFT, or LP for the Licensed Therapist position. Clinical Trainees LPC or LPCC preferred.

**Job-Related Experience:** A minimum of two years of post-Master’s experience for the Licensed Therapist role, including completion of clinical supervision toward licensure.

**Additional Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required:** Must possess or be on track for a Minnesota licensure for LPC, LPCC, LICSW or LMFT; must have education and/or experience diagnosing mental health disorders.
