Position Summary...
The Fleet Development Regional People Partner is vital in advancing our mission to train America's safest drivers, ensuring that we provide the highest quality service to our customers, helping them save money and live better lives. The Fleet Development program is built on three key pillars: Hiring and Onboarding, Career Development Programs, and Continuous Skills Development. This role involves travel to our seven Regional Training Sites across the United States, located in California, Texas, Utah, Illinois, Delaware, Indiana, and South Carolina. The travel aspect of this position is essential to maintain a consistent and high standard of training across all sites.
What you'll do...
+ Identifies and develops risk mitigation strategies by researching and analyzing internal and external business reports for example turnover safety labor trends to assess risk potential applying industry knowledge and analyses to recommend best practices and communication strategies to reduce vulnerability collaborating withcross functionalbusiness partners in the development of solutions for the division for example policies programs and overseeing the implementation of solutions throughout the divisions facilities
+ Drivesdivisional leveltalent management by developing and implementing talent plans developing relationships with professional organizations and colleges creating and ensuring implementation of action plans for initiatives analyzing talent management data providing recommendationsregardingtalent strengths and development needs engaging resources to address talent gaps and overseeing performance management processes and initiatives
+ Ensures compliance with company human resources HR and legal policies procedures and regulations for the division by analyzing and interpreting reports implementing andmonitoringhuman resource compliance overseeing facility audits to ensure adherence to company policies and employment laws developing and implementing action plans to improve performance and driving solution implementation and accountability at facility level
+ Develops the associate engagement and workforce plans for the division by analyzing survey and employment data fordivision specifictrends providing guidance to facility management on potential sustainable solutions for example educational venues reward programs developingdivision levelpractices and programs to align with corporate strategy reviewing Human Resources HR Manager action plans and evaluating program short andlong-termeffectiveness
+ Develops and implements strategic human resources HR initiatives by translating organizational and divisional HR mission aligning HR with operational needs for example contingent workforceutilizationmanagement onboarding using HR knowledge toadvisedivisional leadership on employment practicesdeveloping presenting and selling the business caseandmonitoringdivision performance against plans
+ Drives the execution of multiple business plans and projects byidentifyingcustomer and operational needs developing and communicating business plans and priorities removing barriers and obstacles thatimpactperformance providing resourcesidentifyingperformance standards measuring progress and adjusting performance accordinglydeveloping contingency plans anddemonstratingadaptabilityand supporting continuous learning
+ Provides supervision and development opportunities for associates by selecting and training mentoring assigning duties building ateam-basedwork environmentestablishingperformance expectations and conducting regular performance evaluations providing recognition and rewards coaching for success and improvement and promoting a belonging mindset in the workplace
+ Promotes and supports company policies procedures mission values and standards of ethics and integrity by training and providing direction to others in their use and application ensuring compliance with them andutilizingand supporting the Open Door Policy
+ Ensures business needs are being met by evaluating the ongoing effectiveness of current plans programs and initiatives consulting with business partners managers coworkers or other key stakeholderssolicitingevaluating and applying suggestions for improving efficiency and cost effectiveness andparticipatingin and supporting community outreach events

Live Better U is a Walmart-paid education benefit program for full-time and part-time associates in Walmart and Sam's Club facilities. Programs range from high school completion to bachelor's degrees, including English Language Learning and short-form certificates. Tuition, books, and fees are completely paid for by Walmart.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Minimum Qualifications...
