    + Cross-Functional Program Coordination:

+ Drive and coordinate work across multiple stakeholder groups ensuring alignment and timely completion of dependencies.

    + Program Management & Reporting:

+ Develop and manage comprehensive project documentation, reporting, timelines, risk/issue tracking, and all audit-related materials.

+ Translate ambiguous regulatory and business requirements into structured workstreams, actionable plans, and clear next steps for working teams.

+ Data Strategy & Roadmap Development:

+ Partner with leadership to define and sequence the Data Strategy & Capability Roadmap, specifically focused on data use and governance.

+ Identify and prioritize the key capabilities required in 2026 and subsequent years to meet long-term data governance objectives.

    + Process & Control Improvement:

+ Support the design and planning of updated data processes, control enhancements, and improved access governance frameworks across the Card ecosystem.

    Required Experience & Skills

+ Proven background in successfully managing complex, large-scale, multi-stakeholder programs with high visibility.

+ Direct experience supporting audits, regulatory examinations, compliance initiatives, or significant risk/governance work.

+ Strong ability to operate independently, bring immediate structure to ambiguous requirements, and drive outcomes without heavy supervision.

+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with demonstrated executive presence and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

    •Preferred Experience

+ Familiarity with regulated and sensitive data environments (e.g., FCRA, NPI, PCI).

+ Exposure to data governance, access management, or privacy-related controls.

+ Experience within the financial services industry or a comparably large-scale, matrixed enterprise organization.
