SUMMARY OF PRIMARY** **FUNCTION
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Material Handler Level 1 to join our team. This junior role is ideal for individuals who are eager to grow and develop their skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling materials, ensuring efficient movement and transaction of goods, and supporting shipping operations as needed. KEY** **RESPONSIBILITIES
+ Operate forklifts to move materials within the warehouse.
+ Utilize computer systems, including Excel and ERP software, to manage and transact materials.
+ Assist in the receiving, storing, and distributing of materials and products.
+ Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate records.
+ Support shipping operations by preparing and packaging orders for shipment.
+ Cross-train in various warehouse functions to provide support where needed.
+ Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
+ Utilize barcode and RFID scanning technology for inventory management (experience preferred but not required).

SKILLS &** **REQUIREMENTS
+ 2+ years of experience working in a warehouse environment.
+ 1+ years of forklift driving experience. Certification a plus.
+ Proficiency in using computer systems, including Excel and ERP software.
+ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
+ Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new tasks.
+ Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
+ Experience with barcode and RFID scanning technology is a plus.
+ Ability to lift and move heavy objects as required.
+ Standing, walking, reaching, and bending for extended periods.
+ Must speak, read, and write English proficiently.
+ Vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
+ CDL license to drive a box truck is a plus.

Total Rewards
The compensation range for this position is $36,600.00 - $55,000.00, depending on experience. This position may be eligible for performance based bonus plan.
