Join our first-class team to reinvent in-flight experience. In the role of Sr. Manager, Supply Chain Digital Transformation, you'll play a pivotal part on our Supply Chain team. Reporting to the Supply Chain Director, this role is the business subject matter expert and representative of the 4.0 transformation of tools, technologies, and methodologies of the Supply Chain domain for the site.
The Sr. Manager is responsible for collecting business requirements, piloting projects and developments in the domain and integrating and maintaining the related applicative solutions with internal and external resources. This role manages a team of Analysts to deliver expertise in reporting & dashboard capabilities.
The role missions are:
• Develop companywide Business Intelligence (BI) vision, strategy and roadmap tied to SC Maturity roadmap
• Lead the 4.0 transformation initiatives and business approach of the domain.
• Function as subject matter expert of 4.0 tools and technologies in the domain.
• Represent the division in the Group via his participation in the 4.0 transformation group network.
• Participate in the development of the business reference framework
• Ensure compliance with SAFRAN and IT rules and standards on projects
Create and enforce policies and standards for implementation of best-in-class BI capabilities. Ensure the standardization and harmonization of SAFRAN Cabin Reporting application landscape.
•Define and maintain BI architecture and applications. Establish strategic goals and improvement plan for the BI team.
•Leverage RPA technology & AI agents in business processes aimed to reduce administrative workload and internal lead times where possible and in accordance with Safran Security thresholds
•Monitor and realize BI projects, on time, on costs, on quality
•Develop BI self-services capabilities for business users. Ensure business satisfaction.
•Ensure functional maintenance of BI Applications (incidents and evolution requests management)
•Develop, maintain and secure SAFRAN Cabin Institutional BI reports.
•Participate in the establishment of the roadmap 4.0 and budget of the Company.
o Identify areas of opportunity in the division through the 4.0 diagnostics process. Identify potential gains and necessary means
o Evaluate and select the 4.0 levers, tools, and methods that best contribute to the performance improvement of the division.
•Support the deployment of 4.0 technologies and tools within the Supply Chain domain
o Capture and analyze operational and technical requirements
o Deploy tools and technologies in accordance to the site business needs and conditions. These include, but not limited to:
•ERP data accuracy validation tools
•Advanced planning and scheduling systems / MES Systems
•Warehouse Management systems
•Inventory modeling
•Demand management and Machine learning

The expected salary range for this position is between $90,600 - $142,370 USD. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, education, and other factors permitted by law.
Candidate skills & requirements
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering / Business /Operations or related discipline or equivalent work experience
Experience:
Requires 10+ years of experience in Supply Chain, including 3+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence analysis, BI domain consulting or BI project management.
Knowledge:
• Knowledge of an industrial entity processes and operations
• Knowledge of Supply Chain processes including: Demand Management, Master Production Scheduling, Sales & Operations Planning, Material Requirements Planning, and Procurement
• Knowledge of the leverage of change management in complex organizations
• Knowledge of the basics in terms of techno-economic management and performance management
Computer Skills:
• Proficiency in the use of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems
• Proficiency in Data Analysis tools and techniques including database querying and processing of large volumes of data.
• Proficiency in the use of common software packages including MS Office suite - Word, Excel, Outlook, Project, PowerPoint
Other Skills:
• Leadership, capacity to involve and confederate
• Capacity to drive and manage networks
• Capacity to operate in a pluri-disciplinary, inter-cultural and international environment
• Long term vision and capacity to promote breakthrough actions

• Qualities in interpersonal relationship and in kindly challenging the organizations
Additional Preferred Skills: (not required)
• Green Belt certification from Safran
