    Senior Health & Wellness Physician – Internal Medicine or Family Medicine

     

    Barger Clinic – Eugene, Oregon

     

    PeaceHealth is seeking a **full-time (1.0 FTE) Internal Medicine or Family Medicine physician** with an interest in **geriatric medicine** to join our **Senior Health & Wellness Center (SHWC)** team at **Barger Clinic** . This is an exciting opportunity to provide comprehensive care for older adults and work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team dedicated to improving quality of life for seniors.

     

    Barger Clinic is an NHSC-approved site.

     

    About the Senior Health & Wellness Center

     

    The SHWC is an **outpatient geriatrics clinic** providing **primary and consultative care** for adults aged 65 and older. Physicians serve as **primary care providers and consultants** to meet the needs of an expanding older adult population.

    Our multidisciplinary team offers:

    + Memory and cognitive evaluations

    Requirements

    + M.D. or D.O. or foreign equivalent degree

    + Successful completion of an ACGME or AOA-accredited U.S. Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Residency

    + Unrestricted license to practice medicine in Oregon (or ability to obtain)

    + Certification in BLS, ACLS or PALS required within 30 days of hire
