**About the Role:** As a Nurse Manager, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our unit. Your responsibilities will include:

Qualifications:

+ BSN or MSN required

+ 3+ years of nursing experience

+ 2+ years of RN leadership experience

+ Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

+ Financial acumen and budgetary experience
