Pay & Benefits

+ Pay Range: $18.50–$22.50+ per hour

+ Guaranteed training pay during the first 3 months

+ Base hourly wage + Higher pay on weekend shifts + Uncapped sales incentives

What You'll Do

+ Assist retail and commercial customers at the counter with product selection and service coordination

+ Recommend battery and lighting solutions tailored to customer needs

+ Create sales quotes and help drive store revenue goals

+ Coordinate in-store services such as battery installation, key fob programming, and phone/tablet repair

+ Maintain inventory organization and store cleanliness

+ Partner with our repair techs and managers to ensure a smooth customer experience

+ Participate in training and skill development to grow within the company

Qualifications

+ 18+ years of age with a valid driver's license

+ Strong communication and interpersonal skills

+ Basic computer and math skills

+ Tech-curious and eager to learn

+ Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet

+ Available to work a consistent 5-shift, 40-hour schedule including weekend shifts

Preferred Experience

While we provide paid training, you'll stand out if you have:

+ Previous experience in retail, customer service, or hospitality roles

+ Sales or service experience in automotive, electronics, or tech-related fields

+ Leadership experience or supervisory growth in past roles

+ A strong desire to grow into roles such as Sales Lead, Store Manager, or Commercial Sales
