    Position Summary

    The Assistant Sales Manager is a key sales and leadership role focused on driving customer satisfaction and supporting long-term career growth. You'll connect with customers, understand their needs, and recommend the right products and services. You'll also perform basic repairs, ensuring a positive experience from start to finish.     Pay & Benefits

    + Pay Range: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 Per Year

    + Guaranteed training pay during the first 3 months

    + Base hourly wage + Higher pay on weekend shifts + Monthly Bonuses and Uncapped sales incentives

    Responsibilities

    + Customer Interaction: Understand customer needs, provide friendly assistance, and handle inquiries.

    + Sales Excellence: Create quotes, drive sales, and help achieve store daily and monthly goals.

    + Streamlined Service: Coordinate repair services, ensuring a smooth experience from start to finish.

    + Store Operations: Assist with receiving, stocking, merchandising, and inventory management.

    + Team Leadership: Assist in the development and training of our team of sales and technician specialists

    + Career Development: Join our training program to build expertise and prepare for future roles.

    Minimum Qualifications

    + High school diploma or equivalent.

    + Strong communication skills, both oral and written.

    + Proficiency in Microsoft Office and adaptability to new technology.

    + Analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.

    + Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

    + Flexible schedule available for a 5-shift, 45-hour week, including weekends

    + Ability to work with small components and lift up to 50 lbs to eye level.

    + 1-2 years of retail management experience, preferably in durable goods.

    Preferred Qualifications

    + Advanced degree in business or retail management.

    + Technical aptitude and basic understanding of electronics.

    + Experience in sales.

    + Prior leadership experience.
