What You’ll Do

+ Lead Strategic Initiatives: Develop and execute manufacturing strategies aligned with company goals to enhance efficiency, safety, and product quality.

+ Drive Operational Excellence: Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring production schedules are met while maintaining the highest standards.

+ Champion Lean Manufacturing: Implement lean principles to optimize processes, reduce waste, and improve productivity.

+ Ensure Quality: Establish rigorous quality control measures and lead corrective actions for continuous improvement.

+ Manage Costs: Develop and monitor budgets, identifying opportunities for cost savings without compromising quality.

+ Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with supply chain, engineering, and quality assurance to streamline processes and accelerate product development.

What We’re Looking For

+ Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or related field (advanced degree preferred).

+ Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or higher.

+ Proven leadership experience in manufacturing, ideally with composites and marine environments.

+ Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

+ Exceptional communication and ability to lead cross-functional teams.

+ Track record of successful process optimization and team development.
